Shipping
All shipments are fully insured and include tracking for peace of mind.
For UK orders, we use Royal Mail services. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
International orders are shipped via DHL. Please note that any customs or duty fees are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot be held accountable for parcels returned due to unpaid customs charges and are unable to issue refunds in such cases. To avoid delivery issues, we recommend reviewing your country’s import regulations before placing your order.
Returns
As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns except in rare circumstances. For a return to be considered, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you believe you qualify for a return, please get in touch to request approval and return instructions. Any items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for dispatch. As all items are handcrafted individually they will vary from piece to piece.
