Shipping & Returns

Most pieces are made to order in our Helston workshop. Please allow 2–4 weeks from order to dispatch.

If anything changes, we'll be in touch.

UK orders ship via Royal Mail Special Delivery — insured, signed-for, and tracked. You'll receive tracking details by email once dispatched.

International orders ship via DHL, fully insured and tracked.

Customs and duty fees are the buyer's responsibility — please check your country's import rules before ordering. We can't issue refunds for parcels returned due to unpaid customs charges.

Each piece is made to your size, so we don't accept returns except in rare circumstances. If something isn't right, please get in touch within 14 days of receipt — we'll always do our best to put it right.

Items must be unworn and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending anything back; items returned without prior approval can't be accepted.
