Bespoke
Some pieces begin with you. You bring the idea, a shape, a stone, a feeling, a fragment of something you already own. Alice draws and forms it by hand here in the studio. The result is yours alone, made the same way every Alice Philpott piece is made: ancient technique, modern form, hand formed in Cornwall.
How It Works
It starts with a conversation. We talk through what you have in mind, the materials, and how you want to wear it. Alice then forms it by hand here in the studio, and you see it take shape before it's finished. Most commissions take around twelve weeks, though it depends on the piece and the stones. Nothing is rushed and nothing is off a shelf.

A Piece that Means Something
A commission can hold more than its parts. We've set stones people already owned into something new, reworked gold handed down through generations, even worked materials gathered from a meaningful place into a piece's surface. Whatever matters to you can become part of the piece. That's the difference between something chosen and something made.
Made With You, Not For You
You work directly with Alice from the first idea to the finished piece. Because you're part of how it's made, you end up with something no one else would have arrived at. Come to the studio in Helston, or do it all by email and call if you're further afield. Either way it's yours from the first idea to the finished piece.
